Rhino Fencing is a trading name of Rhino Fencing DBA AtticPros Inc.. Where this policy says “we” or “us”, it means that company.

We collect Information when you request a free estimate. The estimate form asks for your full name, your phone number and a description of the work you need. We use it to contact you about your request and to prepare and deliver the estimate and any work you ask us for.

Our Site does not set cookies of its own. If we use analytics or advertising-measurement tools, they load only after you accept cookies, as explained in our Cookie Policy.

Our Use of Your Personal Information

We use the Information you provide to respond to your request, to schedule and carry out the work you ask us for, to improve our service, and occasionally to tell you about our services. We restrict access to your Information to those in our organization who need it to serve you.

Error Monitoring

To keep the Site reliable we use Sentry, an error-monitoring service, to record technical diagnostic information when something fails — the page involved, the error message and the stack trace. Calls and Text Messages

When you give us your phone number, we will use it to call or text you about your estimate request and any work we carry out for you. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text message, by emailing hello@atticprosinc.com or by calling (800) 543-0382. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opting Out

If you no longer wish to receive promotional messages or service updates from us, contact us using the details at the end of this policy and we will promptly remove you from the relevant list. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about work you have booked.

You may write, email or telephone us with changes to your information and contact preferences.

Security

The Site is served over an encrypted connection, and we take reasonable measures to protect the Information under our control against loss, misuse and alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
